The day starts out with the Lions Club of Bartlesville doing some cooking as a fundraiser for their clubs' 100th  year celebration.

The pancake breakfast starts at 7:30am and goes until 10:30am for $6/person.  Sloppy joes and hot dogs take center stage at 11:30am until 1:30pm for $8/person.  All proceeds go to the Lions Club that in turn uses the funds for local community benefits throughout the year.

We will again have our Bellancas for viewing beginning at 10am until 2pm. A donation will be accepted for that entrance and is used to support the efforts of putting on the fly-in event and helping to support the areas cleanup efforts and to keep the grounds maintained.

We welcome those who would choose to fly-in for this event as well as walk-in traffic. Anyone flying in should plan on parking at the main terminal area which is located on the southern half of the field.
