Tenant Construction or Alteration Application - "Minor Modifications Process"
In the past, the application process to do minor construction and/or alterations to your leasehold improvements was quite laborious.
The JRAA board has worked with the TAA to develop an abbreviated process to cut through many of the unnecessary approval process requirements for these minor upgrades. You are still required to submit the same form to the TAA for approval, but the attached document covers the streamlined process. JRAA appreciates the opportunity to work with the TAA on improving and/or streamlining this procedure.
