If you desire to convert to the new lease, simply mail your request to Chuck Pittman, Tulsa Airport Authority at P.O.Box 581838, Tulsa, OK 74158.
State in your letter that you are requesting to convert to the new "Private Hangar Lease", provide Chuck your Lot and Block number as well as the hangar number. She will forward you new lease to be signed and depending when you return it, they will process in front of the TAIT Trustees for approval at the next month's agenda.
Allow 45 to 60 days for this process.
Remember the new lease will contain your existing term dates.
